Turquoise
Turquoise is recognized across time and Earth's civilizations as a stone of spiritual and economic significance. Turquoise rarely crystallizes and is often found in microcrystalline masses of sky blue and blue-green. Turquoise occurs as a result of change in aluminum-bearing rocks, forming nodules or filling veins and cavities, in the company of water.

Turquoise's color range expresses the trace minerals of its host environment. Blue indicates aluminum. Green signifies the presence of iron. Soft and porous by nature, turquoise is often treated, or "stabilized". Turquoise has a waxy or porcelaneous luster. With wear, natural turquoise acquires a patina as well as subtle variations in hue.

Turquoise strengthens and aligns the charkras. Work with turquoise to release tension and negative energy. Turquoise heals, protects and grounds. As a personal talisman, turquoise opens the heart and inspires peace of mind.

All of these turquoise nuggets are natural and not treated or stabilized.
