To order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button along side the item. Please note the quantity available. You may order up to the quantity available. Once items are sold, they are removed from the page.

How to Pay

When you're ready to complete your order, click this button: Click the "Secure Checkout" button (lower right). Paypal calculates the total for your order including shipping and sales tax (California only).

You may pay using your Paypal account. Or via Paypal's secure payment process, using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) or bank account. You do not need a Paypal account to pay.

California Sales Tax

If you live in the state of California, 8.75% sales tax applies to the total for items ordered.

Shipping

Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping is based on the total of your order for USPS delivery within the USA. Your order will ship via USPS within 2-3 business days following receipt of your completed payment.

Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority. International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority or Priority Mail International (Airmail).

As of May 2007, USPS offers only Priority Mail International, which is First Class Airmail, to Canada and Mexico. Parcel Post, the lower cost, though slower, alternative is no longer available. Click here for more information.

Additional Shipping:
Insurance is recommended. Insurance, tracking and other options, and international delivery, are additional.

Actual cost of shipping is based on the size and weight of your order (with sufficient packaging) and destination. If the cost for shipping exceeds standard shipping, or you require international delivery, I will notify you by email of the balance due.

Once you've completed payment for shipping in full, your order will ship within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority or Priority Mail International (Airmail). If the cost for international delivery exceeds standard shipping , I will notify you by email of the balance due. Once you've completed payment for shipping in full, your order will ship within 2-3 business days.

When possible, based on the size, weight, and fragility of your order, I will use the Global Priority fixed rate envelope or Priority Mail International fixed rate box.

The Priority Mail International fixed rate box measures 11" X 8.5" X 5.5". USPS' current rate for this box is $23 to Canada and Mexico; $37 to all other countries. A 20 lb weight limit applies to the box.

The Global Priority fixed rate envelope is rigid, measuring 12.5" x 9.5" (accomodates a small jewelry box). USPS' current rate for this envelope is $9 to Canada and Mexico; $11 to all other countries. A 4 lb weight limit applies to the envelope.

Safe delivery of your order is my priority! When it is not possible to use one of the fixed rate containers, your order will be securely packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

Return Policy

Retail Orders: If you are not satisfied with your stones, or if your stones were damaged in shipping, contact me immediately or within 7 calendar days of shipment. Return your stones to me, in the same condition in which they were received, within 14 calendar days of original shipment. And I'll refund your purchase price!

Wholesale Orders: Due to the volume and pricing of wholesale, MillenniuMMinerals does not accept returns on wholesale orders. All wholesale sales are final.
