Energy and spirit can be seen and felt. However we are often taught barriers to this awareness from an early age. Resulting in the popular attitude "if I can't see it or touch it, it doesn't exist." This attitude can be extended to exclude qualities that are authentic within an individual, but are not considered "main stream".

Encountering denial of spirit, or judgment, in others or yourself, divides your spirit and separates you from your source. This generates feelings of confusion, invalidation, anger, apathy, isolation, and loss of vitality or purpose. The modern world offers remedies to provide temporary relief from symptoms of discordant or fragmented energy, constrained flow, false identity, or depressed frequency, without addressing the cause.

When I read you, I say hello to your spirit and energy in the present moment, the path you're on or paths available to you, where your abilities and strengths flow naturally, where you are succeeding, where you're in flow and the Universe is supporting you, cheering you on, and celebrating you, where your energy is not flowing, where you are struggling, challenges and growth you currently face, and influences, conscious or unconscious, that empower or disempower you.

Your clairvoyant reading can help you to gain perspective or understanding in a situation, identify and navigate choices, increase your receptivity to resources and relationships, release old ways of being that are no longer in harmony with you, evolve healthy and appropriate boundaries, release energy blocks, increase your self-affinity, spontaneity, and ease, quicken your awareness and intuition, create space to manifest your dreams, increase your focus, commitment, core strength and intent, improve balance and holistic accountability in your life, increase your creativity, experience greater enjoyment and realize greater fulfillment in your life.

In your session, I will look at your aura, your chakras, your energy flow, energies around you, past lives, karma, goals, agreements, programming, spirits you're working with or who accompany you, relationship dynamics, your connections with others and the world around you, where your spirit is in relation to your body and present time, how your emotions and thought processes interact with and affect your energy flow, and the dynamics of how you express your energy in your life (as appropriate to your questions and the focus of your session).

I validate your spirit, fostering the release of energies that were deposited where your genuine essence was excluded or overlaid, replenishing you with your own essence and fresh life force energy, and facilitating you as you bring your spirit more fully into your body (if this is your wish).

Transformation occurs one step at a time and is attuned to what is in harmony with you. Each step you create empowers you to be present, experience your life, express your true self, and manifest your dreams.

I will ask you what you want to focus on in your reading, or what your questions are. If you do not have a specific intent for your session, I will communicate with your spirit, validate your essence, read the energy your spirit is showing me, share your spirit's communication with you, and do the energy work requested (with your permission).

I read from a space of neutrality, objectivity, and compassion. I am in a light meditative trance, grounded, centered and present. I see energy and communication from your spirit in the form of images, pictures, colors, and holographic visions. I also communicate telepathically with your spirit and the spirits of your guardians and guides, or other spirits that may be around you.

Throughout each session, I maintain my space, tools, frequency, and attunement to you, so that I am communicating with you in a space of spiritual integrity (spirit-to-spirit communication) rather than from subjective opinions or "matching" experiences. I also maintain the sacred space in your reading, so that your energy can flow.

As I focus on your spirit and your essence, your frequency will begin to change. Energies that were stuck or stagnant, begin to loosen and move. Energy blocks and energies that do not match your spirit's essence become visible. Some of these old or foreign energies will separate and release naturally. Others may require assistance, which I will offer you, and with your permission, work through clairvoyantly with you. On occasion I work with spirit guides, who facilitate release and replenishment, as appropriate, I will also offer their service to you.

I will affirm and confirm your own healing processes, work you are doing with your own spirit and guides, and steps you're taking that are working for you.

Within the sacred space of your reading, you'll begin to replenish your energy naturally. As your energy field clears and begins to move into harmony with your essence, more of your spirit can enter your body, and your frequency will rise. In addition, I can assist you in replenishing with your own essence and fresh life force energy that is nourishing and empowering for you.

If questions come up during your reading, I will look at these for you. Your session will conclude with a next step.

Following your session, I will make separations with you energetically, honoring the integrity of our individual spirits and our freedom on our individual spiritual paths.

As a child, I spent a great deal of time in nature, playing with animals, and drawing. I acquired my first tarot deck in 1980. The early years of my spiritual quest were characterized by meditation, long walks in nature, and a handful of spontaneous experiences of transformation and deep release. Early in 1991, during my Saturn Return, I experienced an opening, clear communication from my spirit to make fundamental changes, and began actively engaging my spiritual path.

In the course of my studies, which included the works of Joseph Campbell, Jean Shinoda Bolen, Clarissa Pinkola-Estes, Philip Carr-Gomm, and Jamie Sams, as well as astrology and tarot, I happened upon "The Artists Way" by Julia Cameron. The work I did, guided by "The Artists Way", was a critical awakening. It was during this period my friend, Angel (really!), gifted me with my very first psychic reading.

The validation I experienced in this reading was not that of another giving me advise or approval, it originated within me. I could hear my inner guidance clearly. The spiritual growth I realized through my studies expanded within me exponentially in the environment of clairvoyant energy. Shortly thereafter, I signed up for my very first Clairvoyant Meditation class with Berkeley Psychic Institute in 1995.

I completed BPI's intensive 12-month Clairvoyant Training Program in 1996. Celebrating with a trip to Hawaii to swim with the dolphins, I was inspired to explore spiritual healing. I began my studies with Aesclepion Healing Center in San Rafael, CA, completing Aesclepion's 2-year Hands-On Healing program in 1999. I became a Reiki Master in 2002. During these years I visited the faith healers and psychic surgeons in the Philippines three times.

I have always gathered shells, feathers and stones. I associated this behavior with my affinity for nature and my Celtic heritage. In 1996, while reading Denise Lynn's "Sacred Space", I visited a crystal shop in Big Sur, CA in search of a smoky quartz. The smoky quartz I chose, my very first, spoke to me spontaneously and directly. Thus began my work with crystals, minerals and stones. I founded MillenniuMMinerals in 1999, in time for "The Millennium", hence the roman numeral MM in MillenniuMMinerals!

In 2005, my burgeoning collection of feathers and shells came into sacred flow with the initiation of my shamanic studies. I'm studying with The Lynn Andrews School of Sacred Arts and Training. LACSAT is a mystery school offering shamanic training, originating from the female Source, both circular and holographic in nature.

In 2006, I completed 3 years of intensive training as a clairvoyant teacher with the Clairvoyant Center of Hawaii. As an ordained minister, I teach clairvoyant meditation long distance (by phone).
